Manuel Noriega by Xylo

Panamanian dictator's photo taken by the office of the "U. S. Marshall, Miami, Fl." That is the text ( in between the quotation marks) that has been removed by Xylo and replaced with the panamanian golden frog. That seems to be Xylo's new thing....his web site has changed a bit. Now with less images...? This was snapped in August in Brick Lane, London.
